This patent describes an anti-graffiti product. It consists in a paraffin emulsion base paint that is added to the surface prior to the anti-graffiti painting. The surface will be easily cleaned only with hot water. Once the surface is cleaned the product has to be added again. This product also protects the surface against moisture.
