  • He has developed and introduced an improved Supplier Quality Management system to drive continuous improvements
  • He has ssuccessfully negotiated multi-year contracts for Ultra-deep-water Rigs and related Drilling Services, resulting in substantial cost saving.
  • He has played a pivotal role in coordinating and managing procurement for complex and challenging EPC projects, which led to significant cost savings.
