The bimodal polyethylene optimize the balance of the properties ESCR / rigidity, through a change in their microstructure. In this paper, the developments carried out on a pilot scale are described, using two catalytic species in a single reactor. The bimodal grades obtained meet the requirements of PE-100, at the laboratory level.
